A letter from me…to you…
Real Estate is a highly competitive industry. There are so many agents, so many brokerages and so many different strategies that can influence your decision when buying or selling a home. I am reaching out to you in my own way of why you should choose me. It is real, down to earth, and based on reality. Selling Real Estate is competitive and interesting. Every day is different than the day before and every client, customer, house and situation is different. It is not a regular desk job and not Monday through Friday 9 -5. A good agent has to be available all the time. You can ask my husband and my kids, my head is often buried in my phone or on any of my numerous devices.
What is the most interesting thing you have done at your job? I showed a house that had a dining room converted to a monkey cage and yes, in answer to your question the monkey was in the cage! Who else can say that? My job is sometimes challenging but I love every minute of it! My excitement can be contagious and I love searching for the perfect house for clients and seeing their eyes light up when it is “the one”.
Shall I get to the nitty gritty? Why should you choose me to market your home or find you a new one? Well here you go;
-I have 9 years experience and am located on the border of Nassau and Suffolk county. My primary market is the south shore, however, I have sold homes extending from Hicksville to Nesconset.
-I have a business degree from Fordham University in Finance and Management which allowed me a career in construction management for many years. I embarked on my real estate career when my kids were young because the flexibility was appealing for working parents and I knew it would grow into a full time career.
-I approach my work life the same way I do my personal life with honesty and integrity. This has earned me the loyalty of my clients because I always meet or exceed their goals.
-I am on top of all the latest technology and marketing and am always continuing my education to stay on top of the latest industry trends. I have my E-Pro Certification from the National Board of Realtors. I am considered the “go to” agent in the office and I am always willing to lend a hand to others and work with my Broker to help others in the office to advance their own marketing through technology and social media.
-I have first hand experience with new construction, single family homes, multi family dwellings, condo’s, PUD’s, waterfronts, Sandy damaged “as is” condition, 203K rehabs and short sales.
-I have an extensive network of professional referrals including attorneys, insurance agents, surveyors, contractors and investors.
